The
DIN Contact Input Station provides a single integration point for
a large variety of sensor inputs, relay-type outputs, and external
switches from third-party systems. Each station features ten contact
input channels for monitoring the open and close states from a variety
of external devices. These devices include magnetic door contact
switches, momentary switches, motion detectors, stress sensors,
humidity and temperature sensors, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors,
driveway probes, and much more. The last two connectors can also
be used to receive input from Vantage's LightPoint sensor or an
external IR receiver.
Contact Input Stations easily install on standard 35 mm DIN rails.
The stations communicate with the master through a two-wire bus
using either screw terminals or a small connector on the side of
the unit. Each station can quickly become part of Vantage's powerful
scene orchestration capabilities with the user friendly QLink
programming software. |
