| Audio/Video - Infrared Serial Controls IR LEARNER II The Vantage IR Learner II learns and saves infrared commands that can be loaded into a Vantage IRX II or TheatrePoint, enabling the Vantage system to control any infrared activated device.

Signals are sent from the station though emitters to control infrared (IR) devices such as DVD and CD players, stereo receivers, televisions and more. Keypads, remotes, sensors and more, can be programmed to actuate components connected to the IRX. When a button is pressed or motion is detected a signal is sent through the Vantage system to the IRX which in turn sends a command to the appropriate device. IR Learner works in conjunction with Vantage’s InFusion Driver Tools Software, to store and use IR codes in any project. The IR Learner II uses a USB connection to your PC, so that you can easily incorporate DVD players, TV’s or any device that accepts IR codes into your project. Helping the Vantage system control any IR device, the IR Learner II offers greater integration to Vantage’s complete interface and control package. |
